So I have this issue with IMovie but first some background

Background 1. I film all my videos on the isight camera that’s built into my macbook

2. I record straight into Imovie HD and edit there.

Now onto the blog. So as many of you may have noticed, the sound on my youtube videos has unsynced ALOT like incredible amounts, and has been happening almost every vid lately, I’ve finally tracked the problem but have no idea how to fix it. The footage is synced fine when it’s in imovie, but when i export it (which i have to do to upload to youtube) the sound de-syncs, it doesn’t matter which format i try whether it’s .mpeg or .mov the sound always un-syncs in the same point.

I tried deleting the said clips, no change the file just unsyncs at the same time. It’s really irritating and is the reason you’ve not seen a video this week, there’s one filmed and ready to go, but i’m sick of uploading ones with de-synced sound.

The only solution i can think of is to send the raw file into a raw file into a third party converter (can’t be an internet one like media convert though, the files are too big)  and hope that fixes the problem… anyone got any ideas?

So I’ve decided to try and craft myself something more of an online presence than just my youtube, I’m going to be twittering a lot more and really allowing people who follow me on that to suggest ideas for my videos. That’s at www.twitter.com/seamalicous. I’m going to try and make my videos short (4-5 Minutes) and packed with way more stuff. This channel is going to be my place to stick blooper videos, random thoughts in the blog and just to generally connect with viewers, so come along have some fun, and get to know me :) (But you’ll never know me as well as as your mum ;))
